PlotExtract is a free, browser-based tool that helps users digitise numerical data from chart and plot images. All image processing occurs locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to or stored on our servers at any point.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PlotExtract makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data extracted using this tool. Extraction quality depends on factors outside our control, including image resolution, calibration accuracy, and user input. You are solely responsible for verifying extracted data and for any decisions, analyses, or conclusions you draw from it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlotExtract and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in extracted data
• Decisions made based on data extracted using this tool
• Loss of data or work
• Service interruption or unavailability

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree not to use PlotExtract to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the site

PlotExtract and its logo are the property of the operators of this site. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of site assets without prior written permission.

You retain all rights to any images you open in the tool. We never receive, store, or claim any rights over your images or extracted data.

This site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, each subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such change.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operators of this site are established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
